Groton-Dunstable Community Education welcomes you to join your colleagues in a wellness program that is just for you! Allow yourself to renew & unwind in this 60 minute class; Yoga for All - We experience the basics of Hatha yoga with vinyasa style adding and linking poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Classes always emphasize the connection between body and breath ending with restorative relaxation. We let go of judgment and competition while finding fitness and health through poses of strength, endurance, and balance. Yoga for all allow and encourages modifications throughout the practice.
Meet the Instructor: Maeghan Foye - Dog mom, book nerd, eternal student, teacher, and adventure, I consider yoga to be an extension of the heart. As an RYT 200, I hope to serve my yoga students so that they are empowered to enter yoga spaces simply as they are, without fear of judgment or intimidation. I care deeply for both physical safety and emotional well-being in the yoga practice. Most importantly, I care about having fun with yoga. Outside of teaching yoga, I teach High School English Language Arts. Thank you for joining me on this beautiful journey. Namaste!
